Claudio Nessi founded SWISSOLUTION early 2009 and he can count on almost 23 years experience in business, 15+ years as a former client of recruitment agencies.

He developed businesses for Blue-Chip organizations, started up and managed companies and sales operations in Italy, Switzerland, Austria and several other countries across Europe.

As a recruiter he helped international companies establish in Switzerland, he found talented people for its clients ranging from the European Director of Sales and Operation to the local specialists in sales, sales-support and administration.

The SWISSOLUTION team offers expertise based upon many years of experience working in several industries such Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, Biotechnology and Energy Trading.
