Contingency Recruitment

The contingency recruitment model is normally used for ongoing permanent openings where we have agreed terms and conditions with you and are supplying you with people on an “ad hoc” and as needed basis. 

We will focus our search on our network of candidates and extensive database to source suitable people for your positions.

When engaged on a contingent model, we will charge the fee only upon the signature of an employment agreement.

This is how it works:

  1. The job is carefully qualified by one of our consultants.
  2. We conduct a detailed search of our extensive database and contact network.
  3. Suitable applicants are identified and qualified to ascertain their interest and suitability for the role.
  4. We perform a first interview with the potential candidate.
  5. We provide you with a ´short-list´ of suitable candidates containing all relevant information.
  6. We arrange interviews with the candidate for you.
  7. We follow up the interviews by gathering feedback from both you and the applicant.
  8. We provide support during contract negotiation.
  9. Successful placement!

It is very important for us to gain an in-depth understanding of the role and how it relates to your organisation. Frequently, description and requirements of the opening are discussed in a meeting to ensure that our consultant have a very clear understanding of your requirement and expectations.

Once the job has being qualified, we search our database and contact network to find a pool of potentially suitable candidates.
This is supplemented by a free of charge advertising on our website.

Candidate's responses are screened via telephone interview to ensure they correspond with the customer’s requirement.

Candidates representing the closest match to the specification are then interviewed and when if suitable, forwarded to the client.

We will arrange interviews for you and provide our support through the offer and the signature of the employment contract.

Only when the deal is done we will issue the invoice.

We will support the candidate to the point of commencement.
After the start date and during the probation period, we maintain the relationship with you and the candidate.
